AFC Series Roll Feeder

The AFC series is a new type of compact NC roll feeder, providing sophisticated automation technology in an elegant form.

    • 1. Design

      The AFC series’ compact design incorporates an integrated main unit and control panel, which can be installed to bolsters on either side of a press.

    • 2. Material Capacity

      Supports a maximum width of 500 mm (19″) and stock thickness of 3.2 mm (0.126″) despite its compact size.

    • 3. Performance

      The AFC series features a vibration-proof structure, protecting the main unit and control panel from press vibrations. It also includes an integrated brake motor, designed to prevent coiled strips from falling out after the power supply is turned off. Air feeding is also included to improver feeding performance.

    • 4. Operation

      The feeding pitch is easily set via a membrane key switch.
