Motor Vehicle Housings

Issue: A client required a production line of vehicle motor housings under a tight deadline. They considered a 500t-class large transfer press, but this potential solution would present delays. Additionally, such large equipment would necessitate rebuilding the factory. 

Our Solution: The company incorporated three Servo Presses (two SDEW-3025 and one SDE-3030 into a tandem line. Not only did they meet their deadline, they required only a small-scale alteration to the factory. The tandem line also presented significant improvements in yield and productivity.
