Brass Golf Ball Marker

Issue: Our client was experiencing productivity issues in the manufacture of their product, a brass golf ball marker.  

Our Solution: Using its pendulum motion, the SDE 8018 Digital Electric Servo Press boosted productivity for our client by changing the stroke length from 200mm to 100mm. Other improvements included a 90% shaving surface and coining depth of center that was 75% the original thickness.
