• Versatile design engineered to automate single-hit stamping operations including blanking, bending, drawing, and progressive die stamping.
• Compliance with ISO 13849 and Power Press Construction codes.
• Standard TFT color touch screen designed to provide operators with easy-to-access operating conditions, maintenance information and other data points for each machine.
• Efficiency settings to reduce power consumption. The TP-FX presses offer an eco-counter function, which allows the stamping press to enter an idled state and consume less electricity when it reaches a present count. The stamping presses will also idle after a present time-period, increasing efficiency across the manufacturing floor.
