LCC PM2 Series Coil Straightener-Feeders

The LCC PM2 series handles material from 70mm (2″) to 1,300 mm (51″) wide and up to 9.0 mm (0.354″) thick.

This next-generation heavy-duty straightener-feeder machine features nine work rolls (increased from five), resulting in improved performance, and an opening mechanism located on the straightener port for improved maintenance.

1. Nine Work Rolls (LCC06GD2)

The PM2 represents a new standard in feeding technology, with the ability to handle plates up to 9.0 mm (0.35″) thick. The power of the heavy-duty PM unit combined with the straightening performance of nine work rolls (five upper and four lower) provides superior flatness.

2. Ease of maintenance

The PM2 includes work rolls which can open to 20 degrees, making roll cleaning easier and faster. The machine was designed to allow easy access to the inside structure for improved maintenance.

3. Electronic Straightening Adjustment

The PM2 coil straightener-feeder features an electronic straightening adjustment system, unlike previous models which relied on manual wheels. The new electronic straightening system is easy to use and allows for faster changeover.
