LCC HL Series Coil Straightener-Feeders

The LCC HL series of coil straightener-feeders handle material from 600 mm (23″) wide to 1,300 mm (51″) wide and up to 6.0mm (0.236″) thick.

1. Superior flatness

Combining the power of the heavy-duty HL unit with the straightening performance of eleven work rolls (six upper and five lower), the HL coil straightener-feeder delivers exceptional flatness on materials up to 6.0mm (0.236″) thick.

2. Ease of maintenance

The HL coil straightening-feeder includes work rolls which can open to 20 degrees, making roll cleaning easier and faster. The machine was designed to allow easy access to the inside structure for improved maintenance.

3. Work Rolls Drive System Side Gear System

The feed roll is equipped with gears that drive each roll.
