Issue: A producer of auto parts such as drum brakes, suspensions, steering components, and seats, our client was receiving more and more advanced orders with a wide variety of specifications. They needed an automation system that was able to keep up with the increased demand.  

 

Our Solution: By implementing the use of RYN servo robots in place of the mecho robots they had been using, our client was able to improve its cycle times and manage its production more efficiently using the robots’ touch panels.
